      - According to Techcombank’s current regulation, standard VND account and Dynamic account require a minimum balance of VND 50,000 in the account. You may earn demand interest drawn on this amount and may withdraw it upon account closure.

      ANSWERS: You can transfer money to your account by one of the following ways:
      - Deposit cash at Techcombank’s branches/outlets
      - Transfer fund from other banks
      - If you and your family member have accounts at Techcombank, you may transfer money at Techcombank’s ATM via F@st Access card.
      - Transfer within Techcombank system via mobile phone if the sender registers F@st Mobipay service (full package).
      - Online transfer (the recipient may or may not have account at Techcombank) if the sender registers F@st i-bank service (full package)

      ANSWERS: - You can register Techcombank Homebanking service. This is free-of-charge service that allows you to track your account transactions through website, email, landline phone and mobile phone.

      - You can visit our branches to receive your account statement or use F@st Access card to view and print the statement at ATMs.

      - In addition, you can query 5 latest account transactions via mobile phone with F@st Mobipay service and print the transaction statement via F@st i-bank service.

    • 1. What is payroll service?
      ANSWERS: It is a service that allows enterprises to pay their employees via accounts opened at Techcombank. Currently, Techcombank offers two types of service: Payroll and E-Payroll.

    • 2. Is this service for individuals or entities? How can we apply for Techcombank’s payroll service?
      ANSWERS: - This service is for all enterprises which have demand for salary payment via accounts opened at banks other than payment in cash. If individual customers wish to use this service, their companies must have payroll service contract with Techcombank.
       
      - If you wish to use the service, you must sign contract with Techcombank, and open accounts for your employees at Techcombank. Once the payroll service contract is signed, on a monthly basis, you should send hard copy of payment order to our branch/outlet where the contract is made. This branch/outlet will process salary payment to your employees in accordance with the information in the Payment order.

    • 3. What is E-Payroll? How can we apply for it?
      ANSWERS: - E-payroll is a batch payroll service via F@st e-Bank (internet banking for corporate customers) that allows you to make salary payments to hundreds of accounts per one transfer transaction.

      - You must sign contract with Techcombank to use the service, and open accounts for your employees at Techcombank. Once the payroll service contract is signed, on a monthly basis, you should send hard copy of payment order to our branch/outlet where the contract is made. This branch/outlet will process salary payment to your employees in accordance with the information in the Payment order.

    • 7. On the monthly payday, why all my colleagues receive SMS alert but I do not?
      ANSWERS: - When your employer uses payroll service at Techcombank, your payroll account is enrolled in Homebanking service to receive SMS alert on your account developments. If you do not receive the SMS on the payday, either your account is not enrolled in Homebanking service or it is telecommunication transmission error.
       
      - To handle this issue, please call us on 1800 588 822 to check whether your account is enrolled in Techcombank Homebanking service or not. If it is the telecommunication transmission error, you can register Techcombank Homebanking via Email to receive account notification in your email.
