Techcombank, the diamond sponsor of both U21 football championship and the 16th Thanh Nien newspaper Cup in 2012

After 15 heated seasons, the youth’s football championship- U21- has become a prestigious tournament that has been organized professionally and attracting almost all great football clubs across the nation. For every single season, attention and enthusiastic response have been received from fans.
In the 16th season this year, Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Techcombank) is pleased and honoured to be the Diamond Sponsor of both youth’s football championships, namely U21 championship and the 16th Thanh Nien Cup.
Speaking at a press conference on the U21 Championship Award, Mr. Nguyen Dang Thanh - Deputy CEO, South Business Director said that through this sponsorship, Techcombank wished to make its modest contribution to the development of U21 Football Championship in particular, and to the nation's football in general; because this was the place for nurturing and training the next generations of players for national football teams.

Eight teams participate in the national U21 Football Championship held in Ninh Thuan from September 25th, 2012 to October 5th, 2012.
Eight international teams participate in the international U21 Football Championship held in Gia Lai from October 13th to 21st, 2012.
The kicks- off, Semi-final 1, Semi-final 2, Final matches and closing ceremony will be broadcast live on VTV6, HTVC sport channel, VTC sport channel, K+, and local TV stations at 3:30 PM and 5:30 PM every day.
